Property Watch is a scheduled visual observation service and is not a home inspection, security service, alarm monitoring service, property-management guarantee, or emergency-response service. 45 North Property & Hauling LLC reports visible conditions observed during scheduled visits; concealed, latent, intermittent, or developing conditions may not be detected. Visit timing can be affected by weather, road conditions, access, safety, or other circumstances. Add-ons and extra visits are billed separately as applicable. See the full Property Watch Terms.
